User Contact Policies

How and when DIGITHRON will contact you.

1. Service communications

If you book a call, contact us, or become a client, we will email or call you about your enquiry or project. These service communications are not marketing and do not require separate consent.

2. Marketing communications

We will only send marketing emails (news, tips, offers) if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email, or by emailing hello@digithron.com. We follow the email marketing rules that apply where you are, including the UK's PECR, the US CAN-SPAM Act and Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

3. How we contact you

We contact you by email or phone using the details you provide. We do not sell or share your contact details with third parties for their own marketing.
