Why DIGITHRON

Why work with DIGITHRON

What working with us actually looks like, in plain terms.

  1. 01

You deal with the person building it

No account managers or call centre. The person building your hub is the person you talk to, from the first call to the monthly changes.

  2. 02

    Small changes included, every month

Text, prices, images, opening hours and small layout tweaks are included in your monthly plan. No hourly billing. Bigger new features are quoted before we start.

  3. 03

A fixed price you can plan around

One setup fee for the build, then a monthly price that stays the same while your plan continues. Any extra platform services are quoted in writing before we start.

  4. 04

    No long contract

Rolling monthly plans. Cancel with 30 days' notice. We keep your business by doing a good job, not with a contract.

  5. 05

    Your data stays yours

Your content, customer data and domain are yours to export at any time, including if you leave. Your hub runs on the professional platform we build on, which is how we host, update and look after everything for one monthly price.

  6. 06

    Hosted on Amazon Web Services

Your hub runs on Amazon Web Services, with a secure connection on every page and hosting that copes with busy periods. Updates and security are handled for you.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Still deciding? Here's the honest answer to what people usually ask.

I already have a website. Can you still help?
Yes, businesses with an existing website are who we mainly work with. We build your hub on a live preview while your current site stays online. When you approve it, we move your content and domain across, planned so your customers barely notice the switch.
Do I have to stop using the tools I already have?
Mostly, yes, and that's the point. Your website, bookings, payments, email follow-ups and customer records are rebuilt inside your hub, so they work as one system instead of several. If there's a service you want to keep, such as an existing email marketing tool, we can usually connect it.
Isn't this just an all-in-one tool?
Everything is together, yes. But putting your tools in one box can still leave you holding them together. A hub is built around your customer instead: one place to buy, book, learn, take part and get help, under your brand, with your business running from the same place.
I don't have a website yet. Is a hub too much?
Not at all. Starting in one place from day one means your customers always know where to go, and you never have to join separate tools up later. Most hubs start small, with a website and bookings, and add more as the business needs it.
I paid a lot for my current website. Is that money wasted?
No. We reuse what you already have: your content, branding, photos and domain all come across, and your setup fee can be reduced when your content is ready. The money already spent is spent either way, so the useful question is what the next 12 months will cost you. Our free cost check helps you work that out.
My website was free, or I paid once. Why would I pay monthly?
A free or one-off website still costs you time: keeping it working, chasing enquiries, and joining it up with separate booking, payment and email tools. Your monthly plan covers hosting, updates, fixes and small changes, with bookings, payments, customer records and follow-ups in one hub we run for you.
Do I own what you build?
Your content, customer data and domain are yours, and you can export them any time, including if you leave. Your website or app runs on the professional platform we build on, which is what lets us host, update and maintain everything for one monthly price. It can't be moved to another hosting company or developer.
What happens if I cancel, or if DIGITHRON stops trading?
You keep your content, customer data and domain. Moving a project to another account isn't available on the platform we build on yet, but it is planned. Once it is, at our discretion we can transfer your project to your own account on that platform, set up through us. From then on you'd pay the platform directly and manage it yourself.
Where do you work?
We're based in London and work with businesses in the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada. We don't currently take on clients in the EU or elsewhere in Europe.
Are there any extra costs?
Your plan covers the build and running your site. Some projects need extra platform services, such as a dedicated database for customer accounts on your website or gift card balances, or a server for a web app. Course and community members don't need it. We quote these before we start, so there are no surprises. Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP).
Is there a setup fee?
Yes, a one-off fee for the initial build, which includes 2 rounds of revisions before launch. After that, your monthly plan covers hosting, maintenance, and unlimited minor updates — no hourly billing.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. No long-term contract — cancel with 30 days' notice. Payments already made, including setup fees, are non-refundable — see our Refund Policy for details.
Do you offer a free consultation?
Yes — a free 20-minute call. We'll look at what you have today and sketch the hub that would fit your business, with an honest price. No pressure.
What if I want to write my own content or blog posts?
You can. Setup and add-on fees can be reduced to reflect the work we don't need to do — just mention it when you get in touch.
Can I make changes myself instead of asking you?
By default, we build and maintain everything for you — no builder login needed. If you'd prefer to make small changes yourself, the Edit It Yourself add-on (£15 a month) gives you your own login to your project only, to update text, images, prices and opening hours. It includes a fair monthly allowance for AI-assisted changes; if you need more, we'll tell you and quote it before adding anything. We can still make any change for you, and undo anything that goes wrong.
I have more than one branch. Do I need a separate hub for each?
Usually not. If your branches share one owner, one brand and one bank account, they run best from one hub: one website with a page per branch, one booking system where customers pick their branch, and one customer list, so a client who visits two branches has one history. Each extra branch is £29 a month plus £149 setup. A separate hub per branch makes more sense for a franchise or different owners (so each keeps their own customers and takings private), for branches that are separate companies (so each company's sales go into its own bank account), for different brands (so each has its own website and marketing), for a team of more than 20 staff (each hub has its own 20 logins), or if you might sell a branch later (it can be handed over with its own records). Each extra connected hub is £69 a month plus £199 setup, and we link them from one main brand website. Separate hubs keep separate customer lists, so a client who visits two branches appears in both. We'll recommend the right setup on your free call.
How many staff logins do I get, and what can they see?
Most businesses don't need any: we make your changes for you and you get an email alert for every booking, order and enquiry. If you do run things yourselves, Business Dashboard Access gives up to 20 people per hub (£19 a month for 3 logins, then £5 for each extra), including you and anyone using Edit It Yourself. Each person gets their own login and sees only what their role allows, for example bookings and customer records but not payments or settings. These standard team screens carry the branding of the platform we build on, and they show bookings for every branch in the hub; they can't be limited to one branch. If you need more than 20 logins, staff who only see their own branch, or a staff screen in your own branding, we build a staff area on your own website with the Dedicated Database add-on (from £25 a month). The Help Centre & Support Inbox add-on has its own team logins: up to 5 people on £29 a month, or up to 15 on £49 a month. 15 is the maximum for one hub, so a support team bigger than that needs a second hub.
Are there any businesses you don’t work with?
Yes. Our Client & Industry Eligibility policy lists the industries we don't build for. We're selective about who we work with.
How is this different from a funnel-building tool or website builder?
Those are tools you build and maintain yourself. We design, build and run everything for you, hosted on AWS, so there's nothing for you to learn or keep up to date.

What could your current website become?

Book a free 20-minute call. We'll look at your website and the tools you use today, and sketch the hub they could become. No pressure, no jargon.
