AI Policy

How DIGITHRON uses artificial intelligence to build and run your systems.

1. How we use AI

We use AI-assisted tools as part of how we design, build, and maintain websites, hubs, and sales funnels — including generating layout options, imagery, and first-draft copy. AI speeds up our workflow; it does not replace it.

2. Human review

Every AI-assisted output is reviewed by a person on our team before it is included in your build or published live. We do not publish unreviewed AI output.

3. Your data and AI

We do not use your business or customer data to train third-party AI models. Some features we can build into your site, such as chatbots, smart forms and AI image tools, send the information involved to third-party AI models through the platform we build on to produce a response. We only switch these on when you ask for them.

4. AI-generated content on your site

If you choose to write your own content, including blog posts, using AI tools, that content and its accuracy remain your responsibility as set out in our Terms of Use.
