All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). DIGITHRON is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added to any price on this page.

Staff access
Most businesses never need a login: we make your changes and email you every new booking, order and enquiry. With Business Dashboard Access (£19 a month for 3 logins, then £5 per extra login), you and your team get your own logins, up to 20 people per hub. The Help Centre & Support Inbox has its own team logins, up to 15 people per hub at most. Each person sees only what you choose, such as bookings and customers but not payments or settings. We set up the roles with you, and if someone leaves, we remove their access the same day you tell us.
Extra services
Custom customer accounts on your website, client dashboards, gift card balances or other stored data need a dedicated database plan, from £25 a month. Course and community members and checkout accounts are included. We confirm anything extra in writing before we start.

How the offers add up

Worked example: Business Hub is £799 setup plus £119 a month, £2,227 across the first 12 months. With the founding switching offer the setup is £399.50, so the same year costs £1,827.50. Paying yearly changes the recurring payment to £1,190 a year, with setup separate.
