Client & Industry Eligibility Policy

1. Why we have this policy

DIGITHRON chooses its clients carefully. This policy sets out, clearly and in advance, where we work and the industries and content types we do not build websites, hubs, funnels, or apps for.

2. Where we work

We work only with businesses based in:

• United Kingdom
• United States
• Canada

We do not take on clients in the European Union, the European Economic Area or elsewhere in Europe (including Ireland and Switzerland), or in any other country. We work with businesses, not consumers.

3. Industries and content we do not work with

• Alcohol sales or promotion
• Gambling or betting platforms
• Interest-based financial services (conventional banks, loan companies, payday lenders)
• Pork products
• Pornography or adult entertainment
• Content promoting atheism, blasphemy, or mockery of any religion
• Content inciting violence, hate, or oppression

4. Our discretion

We reserve the right to decline any project that conflicts with these values, even if it is not explicitly listed above. This is a business decision, not a judgement of any individual.
